Terms of Trade

 

Checking Product Specifications

We recommend when the customer receives the sink that they check the dimensions and specifications are correct against the original product dimensions and specifications before installing, cutting a hole or cutting the bench top. Valoré will endeavour to provide the correct product advertised, but the product dimensions or specifications may change without notice to Valoré due to manufacturer changes. 

Nationwide Delivery Freight Free over $100 Including GST

Valoré deliver Nationwide to your address (including rural deliveries and Waiheke Island). Orders over $100.00 including GST are freight free. Orders under $100.00 including GST, have a set charge freight of $8.00 including GST.

Ordering on the Website

Payments are made through the website by using your debit card or credit card. Once the payment has been received, Valoré are sent an email and we will aim to send the sink or accessory out the same day (if it's before 3:00pm or the following day).

 

Pricing on the Website

Pricing on the website may include a 3% charge for credit cards charges from our Stripe or Paypal payment partners. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please email us with your details and the item(s) you would like to order.

Damages from Courier
Please check the contents in the box for damages or imperfections immediately on receiving the goods. If you notice any damage or manufacturing imperfections, please email sales@valore.co.nz as soon as possible within the 7 days of delivery with your packing slip number and a photo of the damage or manufacturing imperfection.

Damages from Pallet Freight (Ceramic Sinks, Granite Sinks or Bulk Sinks)
Please check the contents in the box for damages immediately on receiving the goods before signing. Do not accept the goods or sign for the goods if there is damage. If you notice any damage or manufacturing imperfections, please email sales@valore.co.nz as soon as possible within 24 hours of delivery with your packing slip number and a photo of the damage or manufacturing imperfection.

Returns
If you change your mind and want to return a Valoré item you purchased from us, you can email us to let us know and return the item to our address along with the original packing slip within 3 months of the purchase. We charge a restocking fee for the original cost of the freight to send the sink out, for the carton and admin costs. Returned items need to be sent back in good original resalable condition, with the original packaging inside, polystyrene, any clips, wastes, accessories and sink(s) sent out. Return freight is arranged and paid by the customer. Valoré can also arrange the return with our courier at the cost of the customer.
