Q. How do I cut out the hole for
the sink ?
A. Place the sink upside down on the bench top in the position where you require the sink inset hole to be cut, trace around the exterior of the sink edge, draw another line 10mm inside the exterior line, this will give the sink cut out size. see instructions below
Step 1 Valore` sink cut out
1 Mark required sink position, eg (centre of window)
2 Turn sink upside down
3 Draw outside line all the way around of the sink edge
4 Remove the sink
Step 2 Valore` sink cut out
1 Draw new line 10mm inside the existing outside line
Step 3 Valore sink cut out
1 Cut out the inside line only
2 Fit clips to sink
3 Apply silicone to the top edge of the
cut out on the bench top
Step 4 Valore` sink cut out
1 Place sink into cut out hole
2 Start to tighten clips from centre of the sink first, while
pressing down on the same area, then screw the other
side clips down
3 Working from the centre of the sink, work your way out
front and back in each direction
4 The last clips to be completed, will be at both ends of
the sink
5 Wipe away excess silicone.
